Q – Why are MI-DEL Cookies sometimes crumbly instead of crisp? Sometimes the cookies taste soft and then fall apart in your mouth and sometimes the texture of the cookies is hard. Why? Why are the cookies inconsistent from bag to bag?

A – MI-DEL cookies are made with natural/organic flour. Although our goal is to maintain a constant taste and texture, the natural/organic flour can present texture variations from one batch to the next.

Q – Why do the bags occasionally break or leak crumbs?

A – MI-DEL Cookies are packaged in old fashioned bags, not unlike bakery bags or brown paper bags; they are designed to protect our cookies and keep them fresh while trying to avoid excess packaging. Although we take all precautions to ensure a tight seal on the bottom of the bag, crumbs sometimes seep out.
