Gluten free flour (defatted soy flour, rice flour, potato flour, organic corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, xanthan gum), Sugar, canola oil, ground cinnamon, sea salt, baking soda, soy lecithin (used as an emulsifier), natural cinnamon flavor.
Produced in a Peanut-Free facility that also processes wheat, egg, milk and coconut. MI-DEL Gluten Free products are routinely tested using the ELISA method to ensure there is less than 20 parts per million gluten.
