Ingredients
- 1 MI-DEL® Gluten Free Graham Style Pie Crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese , at room temperature
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry fruit spread
- 1 quart fresh strawberries , hulled

Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 F
- In large bowl, cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; add eggs one at a time (do not over mix)
- Pour into Graham Style Pie Crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool cheesecake to room temperature.
- Heat strawberry spread in microwave safe bowl for 15 seconds and stir to soften
- Arrange strawberries on top with pointed ends up.
- Spoon melted spread over fresh berries and serve.
